Practical Ed Tech Tip of the Week – Create Archives of Your Digital Activity
The end of the school year is here or near for many of us. Throughout the school year you probably created a bunch of useful materials online. Now is a good time to take a look back at some of your digital activities and create an archive of the most important pieces.
Google Drive users can download copies of anything that they have created and stored in their accounts. An easy way to do this is to right-click on any of your files or folders in Google Drive and then select “download” from the menu that appears.
Did you or your students make videos in Adobe Spark? If so, you might want to download them as MP4 files.
Remind.com users who have been sending announcements to students and parents via SMS all year can download a history of those messages.
